Please read the following Risk Disclosures to help you understand the inherent risks involved in undertaking these activities .

Jet Boating

Risk disclosure – this activity involves Jetboating in a high Speed boat on the river getting close to rocks, cliff faces.

I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to collisions with obstacles (rocks, trees, debris, other vessels), high speed manoeuvres, grounding the Jetboat, capsize, and mechanical failures.

I am aware that participating in the Jetboating activity offered by Sea 2 Summit Limited ( Amuri Jet Adventures) can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, drowning/secondary drowning, amputation, or even death.

Quad Bikes & Buggies

Risk disclosure – this activity involves ATV Riding/Driving across rough ground, working farm, farm paddocks, past stock, farm tracks, creeks, rocks, sand. The Farm has steep drop offs, fences, single lane tracks, sand-flies, bee hives, heat, cold and dust-mud-rain-water. It involves Physical exertion, close riding with a group, listening to instructions.

This activity involves you, as a participant to control your exposure to risks by not riding past your own abilities or showing off..

Ultimately, there is a risk of serious injury or death. I expressly agree to assume any risk of injury or damage to myself and/or my property whilst taking part in this activity.

I accept that this activity inherently involves potential risks and potential hazards. The potential risks and hazards include, but are not limited to eg rolling or flipping the ATV, hitting obstacles (such as trees, rocks or other riders) or being hit by other riders, falling off the ATV.

I am aware that participating in the ATV activities offered by Sea 2 Summit Adventures Limited (Amuri Jet Adventures) can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control and responsibility.

I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental) or even death.

Rafting

Risk disclosure – this activity involves scenic river Rafting/Kayaking trips and Cliff Jumping in a grade 2 river.

I accept that this activity inherently involves potential risks and potential hazards. The potential risks and hazards include, but are not limited to eg drowning, slipping, cold , wet , heat, physical exertion, physical injuries, swimming, paddle slap, bruising, river entrapment, sand storm, sunburn, sand flies, bee sting , sprain.

I am aware that participating in the Rafting/Kayaking/Cliff Jumping activities offered by Sea 2 Summit Adventures Limited (Amuri Jet Adventures) can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control and responsibility.

I acknowledge that these risks could result in my injury (physical or mental) or even death.
